Lauren & Anthony also host weekly 'Jump & Jiggle!' classes via Zoom! Each week we go on a different themed adventure designed by Lauren and Anthony to captivate kids, all the while giving them a full workout for the body and the mind direct from our studio to the comfort of your lounge room!
Jump & Jiggle is perfect for kids aged 3 - 8. Carers often join in as well, but most relish the 30 minutes of distracted kids to relish an uninterrupted hot cuppa!
